  • Tasked with evaluating navigation bar designs for a new website concept, conducted a thorough analysis of various designs and placements on other websites, presented my findings to the NET team, and advised on the options that would best align with their goals and enhance the user experience

  • Worked to improve UX and branding consistency, conducted UX research and redesigned key pages using Figma and Sketch, created visual designs for apps and web pages, developed experimental icons for in-vehicle designs, and transferred components from Design System to Figma

Stellantis - Student Program, Feature Planning

  • Supported the Feature Planning team, created graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop as stimuli for user testing, which helped evaluate user responses to new features and concepts to determine whether or not the team should proceed with development and production

  • Met the feature planning team's requirements, created approximately 30 graphics, presented them at weekly meetings using Microsoft PowerPoint to gather feedback, and refined the graphics before checking in again to obtain approval to send them off to be used for user testing

  • Collaborated with 2 other design teams, created graphics for concept designs that were used either in presentations to help viewers visualize the ideas or as stimuli for user testing, similar to my previous work with the feature planning team, to evaluate and refine new concept designs based on feedback

City of Ann Arbor - UX Field Research Team Member

  • Collaborated with Ann Arbor’s Transportation Department to research residents’ opinions on how the city is handling its improvements to the bus system, bike lanes, construction, and traffic to see where there was room for improvement

  • Conducted in-person interviews, collecting detailed feedback on how transportation impacts how they “work, live, and play” in the city

  • Shared interview results with our team of 20 students and presented our findings to the city's transportation department including the feedback on the current efforts as well as providing recommendations to address the identified pain points from the interviews
